Community guidelines
We want GLP-Talk to be welcoming, helpful, and easy to trust. These guidelines apply to posts, replies, profiles, and shared links.
1. Respect the person behind the post
Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, discriminatory language, threats, doxxing, or personal attacks.
2. Share experiences, not prescriptions
It’s fine to share personal perspectives. Don’t instruct others on what medications to take, how to dose or administer them, or how to avoid clinical oversight. For individual medical questions, consult a licensed clinician.
3. Back up health claims
Separate facts, opinions, and anecdotes. Link to credible original sources when discussing studies or news. Avoid miracle-cure claims, unsupported safety assurances, and misinformation.
4. No unlawful sales or sourcing
Do not use the community to sell or source prescription medications or unapproved drugs, or to arrange illegal transactions. Research materials should not be presented as treatments for human use.
5. Disclose promotions and affiliations
Make sponsorships, affiliate relationships, and business interests clear. No repetitive advertising, deceptive testimonials, fake accounts, or unsolicited promotional messages.
6. Protect privacy
Don’t post someone else’s personal information, private messages, medical records, or identifying details without permission.
7. Help keep the forum safe
Flag concerning posts for moderators. Moderators may move, edit, or remove content or limit access when needed to protect the community.
To report a post, request moderation, or raise a safety concern, use available report controls or email admin@glp-talk.com with a direct link. Do not email private medical records or identifying details.
These guidelines may be updated as the community grows. Participation means following the current rules.
