Editorial Standards & Corrections
GLP-Talk combines educational resources with user-generated discussions. This page explains our approach to accuracy, sources, corrections and advertising transparency.

Educational articles vs. community posts
Site-created information pages and forum posts serve different purposes. Articles aim to explain ingredients, drug brands, scientific research and common terms using reliable sources. Community posts represent individual members’ opinions and experiences, not vetted medical advice.
Sources and citations
For health and drug information, we prioritize official prescribing information, drug regulators such as the FDA, clinical-trial registries, peer-reviewed research, and established public-health or academic sources. We distinguish clinical evidence from preliminary findings, promotional material and anecdotes.
Medication status and naming
We aim to distinguish approved brands, active ingredients, non-GLP mechanisms and investigational compounds. A brand name or research-stage compound appearing on GLP-Talk does not imply endorsement, approval for all uses or availability for lawful prescribing.
Review and update practices
Articles may be revised as sources and labeling change. Content dates and source references are provided where appropriate. Unless a page specifically states otherwise, do not assume it has received a licensed clinician’s review. Editorial information cannot keep pace with every emerging study or safety update.
Corrections and feedback
If you spot a factual problem, an outdated regulatory claim or a broken reference, email admin@glp-talk.com with the page URL and a source supporting the correction. We review substantive issues and may correct, clarify or withdraw information.
Advertising and commercial relationships
Ads, partnerships and commercial links, when present, should be identifiable and relevant material affiliations should be disclosed. Commercial interests should not be presented as independent testimonials. Members are expected to follow the same disclosure principles under our Community Guidelines.
Medical decisions
No article, discussion or message on GLP-Talk replaces professional advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.
